Elected Positions

Washington Evaluators members elect the following Board positions:

• President Elect

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Responsibilities for the board officers are described in the WE by-laws. The President Elect is elected to a one-year term, and shall automatically assume the position of President for one year, followed by one-year as Past-president. Both the Secretary and Treasurer are elected to two-year terms. President-Elect nominees must have 9 months' experience serving on the WE Board.  Candidates must be members in good standing of WE in order to run for and hold a board position.   

Elections typically take place in the fall, and new terms start on January 1 of the upcoming year.

Appointed Positions

In addition to the elected positions, the WE Board has four appointed positions who serve as committee chairs. If you would like to be considered for one of these positions, please indicate your interest by emailing the Communications Chair (communications@washingtonevaluators.org). Appointed positions include:

• Programs Chair

• Membership Chair

• Community Engagement Chair
