See the Patterns, Break the Cycle: What I'm Building with reFrame, and Why
Led by the Washington Evaluators, October 23rd, 2:00pm-3:00pm ET
Most of us can name the patterns that damage relationships when other people run them. We rarely see them in ourselves, and that is what makes this kind of change so hard to see and so hard to measure.
Join Washington Evaluators for an interactive look at reFrame, which detects the patterns in a relationship and shows people what is really happening, including when the pattern is their own. During this one-hour session, Neal Miskell, founder of WEreFrame LLC, will share the story behind it, demonstrate how reFrame reads a single message, a situation, and a whole conversation, and introduce the R³ Framework (Regulated, Respectful, Repairable), a standard for how people treat each other.
Rather than simply watching a demonstration, attendees will be invited to try reFrame themselves during the session, free and with no credit card required. Neal will also share the safeguards built into it, how awareness turns into behavior in stages, and what is still unknown about its effects.
The session will close with discussion, questions, and feedback, including an optional short survey on what you saw and how you would measure it.
Participants Will Leave With
- An inside look at how reFrame detects patterns in relationships, demonstrated live
- Firsthand experience running reFrame on a message of your own (optional)
- The R³ Framework: the standard for how we treat each other
- A candid account of building a production AI system as a non-technical founder, including the safeguards and the open questions
- Free access to reFrame for continued exploration, no credit card required
This session is intended as a learning and professional development opportunity for the Washington Evaluators community. No purchase is required, and the survey is optional.
This event is open to the public. If you have questions about this event, please email programs@washingtonevaluators.org
