Washington Evaluators (WE) is pleased to announce a 2017 AEA Affiliate Leadership Dinner in conjunction with the 2017 AEA Conference. The dinner will be held in the Lebanese Taverna Cedar Room (2641 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008) from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Lebanese Taverna is an easy 5 minute walk from the Marriott Wardman Park, the 2017 AEA conference hotel. Dinner will be served family style, with warm homemade pita bread with olive oil and spices, four Family-Style Mezza or Salads (at least one vegetarian), two Family-Style Entrées with rice (at least one vegetarian), 3 Family-Style Desserts, and your choice of soda or iced tea. Wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages may be purchased during dinner at an additional charge. Feel free to gather near the bar between 5:45 and 6:30 to take advantage of happy hour prices (Happy Hour is from 4:00 to 7:00).
AEA affiliate officers and board members are asked to register in advance. The cost is $37.50, and includes your meal, soft drinks, and all service charges. Pre-registration only. Refunds and cancellations may be possible until November 1, 2017, but please only register if you are confident that you can join us.
